Leadership behavior of primary school principals From the point of view

of educational counselors

Abstract :

The research aims to identify:

1 – The level of leadership behavior among primary school principals.

2- The significance of the differences in leadership behavior of primary school tread managers. Depending on the gender variable (male – female).

In order to achieve the research objectives – the leadership behavior scale prepared by Al-Thuwaini (2013) was applied

On the research sample of (80) safe educational advisors for governmental primary schools affiliated to the Rusafa Education Directorate / Third in Baghdad governorate.

And after applying the scale and analyzing the data based on the SPSS statistical bag. The search results showed:

The level of leadership behavior among primary school principals was moderately high.

– There are statistically significant differences according to the gender variable (males – females) and in favor of females.

In light of the results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions.
