Abstract:

The marriage contract is one of the most important and most important contracts, and the most influential on the two contractors because it regulates relations within the family, and is the basis for building common life and building offspring. A set of rights and obligations, like other contracts, and the marital relationship continues after the judgment of the loss of the husband, in the sense that the wife misled the husband, and the marriage contract remains valid, thus proving to the wife all the rights arising from the marriage contract

One of the most important of these rights is the wife’s right to alimony Therefore, this study has been subjected to the right of the wife of the lost alimony during the period of loss, and to demonstrate the appropriateness of the texts developed by the legislator to contain this situation.
