Abstract:
The study aimed to reveal the degree of awareness of secondary teachers in Iraq about total quality standards from their perspective. The sample of the study consisted of (178) male and female teachers in Directorate of Education Al-Anbar. To apply the study, the researchers prepared questionnaire of total quality. The results of the study showed the degree of use of secondary stage teachers to total quality standards was high. Domain of teaching implementing was high degree, domain of teaching methods and its techniques was moderate degree, domain of interaction and communication with students was high degree, domain of students evaluation was high degree, and domain of creative activity was moderate degree. There were no differences due to the variables (gender, educational qualification and teaching experience). In light of the results, the study came out several recommendations and proposals.
