The Degree of Sensing Job Satisfaction and its Relation with the Self-Efficiency among a Sample of Arabic Language Teachers in the Middle School in Iraq

Abstract:
The study designed to discover the degree of sensing job satisfaction and its relation with the self-efficiency among a sample of Arabic language teachers in the middle school in Iraq. The research sample includes 110 men and women from the teachers of Al-Anbar Directorate. The researcher organized the study tools characterized in a questionnaire of the degree of sensing the job satisfaction of teachers and a questionnaire of their self-efficiency. The study results indicated that the degree of sensing job satisfaction among a sample of Arabic language teachers in the middle school in Iraq was medium from their perspectives, there are differences in sensing the job satisfaction for females, and for the variable of the educational qualification, andd in the teaching experience for (10 years and more), and there is statistically significant positive correlation between sensing the job satisfaction of Arabic language teachers and their self-efficiency. In light of the consequences, the studyreached to some recommendations and suggestions.
