Abstract:
The prevailing cultural system in the modern era is a self-governing system controlled by a group of systemic hegemons that intends to reformulate and produce the previous model of Arab taste at all levels, and if this system tries to move away, and renewal, it tends, consciously or unconsciously, to the model laws of the Arab poem in form. And the content, these hegemons remained in control of the modern poetic text, infiltrated into the Iraqi prose poem through many intellectual, philosophical, political and cultural factors. These dominions were represented by poetic purposes (spinning, praise, description, and lamentation).
