Abctract

The main idea of this thesis is based on the nomination of texts from Jaafar Al-Hali’s poetry، and exploring the religious and literary heritage in it، according to the rumor of critical criticism، as a law of intertextuality، approved by the criticism system، and after examination and analysis it was revealed that he benefited from the Quranic text، and the pre-Islamic poetic text ، Islamic، Umayya ، and Abbasi ، by rumination in terms of pronunciation، composition، style، and meaning in the contexts of praise and lamentations، employing those transcendent texts before his poetic compositions to communicate his intentions to which he aspires، indicating the breadth of his cultural horizon.
