Abstract:
Media affects societies in terms of shaping public opinion, nurturing or limiting attitudes and attitudes, and consequently in stimulating or hindering the process of social and political change. At the global level, there are many types of ownership of media institutions, their sources of funding and policy formulation. In view of the relationship between media and political development, which is the development media as a key driver of the development process, it aims at maximizing the participation of society in all development processes and transforming it into a supportive society for the development process, but transforming its members into development and change partners, using tools of knowledge and awareness.
